Elle brings a people-focused and adaptable approach to her role at D’Arcy Estate Agents.

Having previously worked in the Australian Defence Force, Elle developed strong skills in teamwork, communication and organisation, along with the ability to adapt confidently to different situations. Drawn to real estate for its social and fast-paced nature, she enjoys the variety each day brings and the opportunity to meet and work with people from all walks of life.

Since joining the industry, Elle has particularly enjoyed being part of a supportive team, building new relationships and continually learning and developing her skills.
